Wonderdog is a preventive health platform for dogs. A licensed professional draws blood at home; one draw screens 40+ biomarkers across every major body system; and an AI Health Companion turns the results into plain-English answers. Each panel builds the dog’s personal baseline — what’s normal for them, not their breed average — so quiet changes get caught long before symptoms show.

Wonderdog was founded by Jeff Safenowitz and Patrick Riley, the team behind Barkbus, with Dr. Evan Antin — one of the world’s most-followed veterinarians — as Chief Medical Officer. The company is backed by WndrCo and Maveron.

Co-founder & CEO

Jeff co-founded Barkbus, the largest mobile dog grooming company in the country, and scaled it into a nationwide at-home service. Wonderdog is his second act in dogs: taking everything Barkbus taught him about bringing care to the driveway and pointing it at the problem that matters most — catching disease early.

Patrick Riley

Co-founder & CTO

Pat co-founded Barkbus alongside Jeff and built the AI platform behind its nationwide routing and logistics. A designer and engineer, he leads product and technology at Wonderdog — the app, the AI Health Companion, and the science made legible.
